Error: "An error occurred during the database upgrade"
Description

When running the Database Wizard after upgrading ER, the following error may occur:
"An error occurred during the database upgrade"
"An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch"
"The user does not have permission to perform this action"
Resolution

Confirm the account that you are using to run the Database Wizard has db_owner rights to the ER database and rights to create groups in the Active Directory domain.
