Description
When setting up the ER database, error "The CREATE DATABASE statement failed. "The primary file must be at least XXMB to accommodate a copy of the model database" " -
Cause
The system database called model was set to be XX MB as initial size. When a new database is created it uses this model database as a model and creates the ER database based off of that. The DB wizard sets the size to 50mb and thus produces this error. So the db could not be crated because the default model database is set to a much higher value than what we assign by default. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Set the initial database size to the error size and complete the database wizard.
