12-hour clock display format is missing AM and PM on non-English operating systems -
Description
When configuring Discovery Tasks inside Enterprise Reporter Configuration Manager, the 12-hour clock format is used to display the time for an added schedule. On a non-English operating system (i.e. German) the AM and PM suffix is not displayed.
Example (9:00 is missing PM suffix):
The issue also appears on English operating systems when changing the regional settings in Windows to a non-English setting (i.e. German).

Cause
We have created a defect (25865) for the above behavior. -
Resolution
At this moment we cannot provide an estimated time for the resolution but we hope to resolve the issue in a future release so that the AM and PM suffix is displayed on non-English operating systems or with non-English regional settings. -
