How to report on Computers with disks less than x amount of free space
Description
How to create a report to show computers with disks with free space less than or equal to x?
Resolution
Open the Report Manager
Expand Report Library | Computers
Copy the 'Computers with Less Than 1 GB of Free Disk Space' to the My Reports folder
Right click the report and select Edit
Click Parameters
Double click the 'Volume: Free Space (Volume)' parameter to edit it
Change the Operator to 'Less Than or Equal To'
Change the Default value to value you want to use, in Bytes. For example, 5368709120 is 5GB in Bytes
This report will return all disks that have free space less than or equal to the value set above. If you want to run the report for a specific disk or subset of disks:
Right click the report again and select Edit
Select Parameters
Click Create
Type 'Volume or Drive letter' for the first box
Click the drop-down and select 'Volume Name (Volume)'
For the Operator select Contains
Check Supply a default value if you wish to have the value preset and enter the drive letter or letters, one per line. For example, type C:
