How to create a report to show the User objects created in the last xx hours as well as the owner of each object returned?
Resolution
The object owner is collected from the ACL of the object.
1. Create a new report based on the Object Permissions Report Type
2. In the Fields section, scroll down to Owner and expand it
3. Add Account Name and/or SamAccountName
4. Scroll down through the list again until you see Account
5. Right click and check Domain User
6. Scroll down and expand Account ->Domain User
7. Add Creation date
8. You can then create a parameter for Creation date in the past xx hours
9. Selecting Auto-generate for the report Layout and selecting the fields you want in the report is typically the easiest method for creating the report layout.
This report should show the Object Owner information (as derived from the object ACL) for User objects created in the past xx hours.
