When view a report the Last Collected Time shows an old date. -
Resolution
A Discovery has not been run recently to collect fresh data for the reports. Run the appropriate discovery type for the reports you want to use (Active Directory, NTFS, etc).
Scheduling a Discovery to run on a regular basis will help ensure the data in the reports is up to date.
