Nodes are showing as enabled but no tasks within the discovery are being assigned (discovery may also be stuck in Pending status) -
Description
The nodes are enabled but not accepting tasks. This can mean that if the cluster has multiple nodes, only some nodes are working on tasks while other nodes are not processing any tasks or all nodes may not be accepting/processing tasks which causes the entire discovery to be stuck in a "Pending" status.
