The Service account password was changed. Where does it need to be updated in Enterprise Reporter?
Resolution
After the password for the service account has been changed in Active Directory, it will need to also be changed in 1 or more of the following locations:
Enterprise Reporter Server service
Enterprise Reporter Access Explorer service (Not installed in 3.x and higher)
Enterprise Reporter Node service
Note: The node service is installed on each node. The name of the nodes can be determined from the Configuration Manager - Manage Discovery Clusters | Discovery Nodes
Open the Configuration Manager, under System click Configuration
Click Manage credentials used by Enterprise Reporter
If the account is present in the Credential Manager, select it and click Edit
Update the password for the account
Open the Report Manager
Click System Configuration
Click Manage credentials
if the account is present, select it, click edit and update the password
