Description
OST container showing offline after re-installing Backup Exec -
Cause
OST Plugin installs dll's inside Backup Exec folder, when uninstalling BUE dll's are removed. Windows shows Quest OST plugin installed but dll's are not there. -
Resolution
Uninstall Quest OST plugin and re-install it.
