When trying to upgrade the DR from the GUI, an error message is flashed briefly before clearing the screen. It flashes by too quickly to see what the error was, but it came back to the upgrade screen and behaved as though the upgrade succeeded and the machine rebooted, but there was no reboot and no upgrade occurred. When logging in to the CLI and manually running the upgrade, it fails because the filesystem check failed, and produces this error message:
Error: Upgrade will not continue. Filesystem check failed. This could indicate a "hung" mount point. Rerun the upgrade again.
If the problem persists REBOOT the server and rerun the upgrade.
Reboot the DR, and run the upgrade again.
If the problem persists, please open a service request with Quest Support.
