"invalid license, service tag mismatch error" when applying a storage license
Description

When trying to apply a license for a MD1200 storage expansion and is getting an invalid license, service tag mismatch error?
Cause

The license issued does not cover the capacity of the Storage expansion. Expansion license is based on the size of the capacity
The head unit does not recognize the enclosure.
Resolution

Contact Quest Licensing to have a new license regenerated to appropriate for the Storage Unit size or link the head unit to the enclosure. Have the current license and the size of the storage handy to provide.
