Loss of Veeam deduplication savings after upgrade of DR to 4.x code from 3.2.x

Cause
Veeam "dedupe friendly compression" option enabled causes the loss in deduplication savings.It is possible that after upgrading the DR to 4.0, something made Veeam aware that the DR is now a dedupe appliance in 4.x code, whereas in 3.x code it saw it as a regular storage device so it doens't compress. -
Resolution

Disabling of Veeam "dedupe friendly compression" option should resolve the issue.
