Solution 1: Follow these instructions in exact in this sequence to drain the flea power.
1. Shutdown DR
2. Shutdown MD (If present)
3. Unplug DR, hold the power button for 30 secs
4. Wait for 2 to 3 minutes Power up MD (If present)
5. Wait 2 minutes to 3 mins Power up DR last
6. Check alerts to see if the message has cleared
7. Generate another dset diagnostic if necessary for support review.
A successful response to draining the flea power is the alert will disappear and the DSET should also read:
Status: OK System Board PS2 PG Fail Good [N/A] [N/A] [N/A] [N/A]
Status: OK System Board PS1 PG Fail Good [N/A] [N/A] [N/A] [N/A]
Solution 2: System board may need replacement if the system is still reporting the Voltage error after draining the flea power. Open an SR and provide diagnostics.
