Error installing expansion license: "Unsupported Storage Capacity" -
Description
When trying to apply an expansion shelf license, it says it is an invalid license file that has an "Unsupported Storage Capacity". See attached screenshot. -
Cause
DR appliance does not support the storage capacity of the expansion shelf. -
Resolution
Ensure that the storage capacity of the license file is supported by the DR appliance. Please refer to the Interoperability Guide for supported capacities of each of the DR Series models.
