Upgraded DR and the Containers are Missing or are Not listed or Available in the GUI -
Description
Upgraded the DR and the containers are missing, not listed or available in the GUI. GUI is reachable and doesn't show in maintenance mode. -
Cause
The system maybe updating the dictionary as part of the upgrade. Initializing Dictionary may be the exact the wordage from system --show in a command window. This process could take some time to complete depending on the previous version upgrading from. -
Resolution
The containers are not lost
Via SSH, from the commandline container --show --verbose should display the containers but offline
If system --show command display unit is still updating the dictionary such as initiatizing dictionary, once this process completes the containers will display in the GUI as available for access. This process may take some time due to the level of the upgrade
