Title
DR 4300e Unit showing incorrect capacity, even after installing 2 separate licenses. -
Description
DR unit should have 9 TB of capacity after applying 2 different 4.5 TB licenses, the capacity dashboard is showing roughly the statistics out of 4.5 TB. -
Cause
May need to add the other 4.5 TB of storage similar to adding an enclosure to enable it -
Resolution
Try these two options.
From the Web GUI navigational panel, check in System Configuration -> Enclosure to verify if the other 4.5 TB storage has been added and enabled.
If the system has not been recycled after the licenses have been installed, reboot the DR and after a few minutes note the Capacity dashboard reflecting the expected storage size based on the license.
