Gather a DSET and open a case with Technical Support.
A DSET can be created through an SSH session to the DR, using the same credentials as the web console and issuing the following command "diagnostics --collect --dset". Once created, it can be downloaded from the support section on the web console. If the DR is running 4.x or later it can also be created through the web console:
1. Log on to DR web-ui from Chrome \ Mozilla browser .
2. Select Support > Diagnostics > then select generate from the right side top corner.
3. Select Diagnostics Type > select dset.
4. Select the newly generated log and click on download.
