Issue initializing the NVRAM card per the /var/log/choam.log,
"Internal Error. Moving data from nvram to disk failed. System entering into maintenance mode."
Reinitialized the nvram card using command (maintenance --hardware --reinit_nvram)
Post re-initializing the DR will be in Maintenance Mode page in the webui may indicate Chunk Verification Completed status including the number of files the needs processed. Once the Chunk count has completed the system may begin "Processing Blockmap(s)." Next, if the system enters into a state of "Found inconsistencies, waiting for user input." Please run the below steps that is also documented in https://support.quest.com/dr-series/kb/230224
Access the system using SSH and execute the following commands in sequence:
1. maintenance --filesystem --start_scan (the system may return scan already running, if so proceed through the rest of the commands)
If output indicates files needing repair, also proceed with the rest of the commands
2. maintenance --filesystem --scan_status
3. maintenance --filesystem --scan_report
4. maintenance --filesystem --repair_now
5. maintenance --filesystem --repair_status
Periodically run the repair_status command to gauge the completion status. Once it has finished the system should recover in operational mode.
If the above steps does not help to bring the DR back online, then try to further isolate if this could be a riser issue with the motherboard. If the card is on slot 4 then move to slot 5 and reinitialize. However if the card is on slot 5 then move to slot 4 and check again.
