1. If you are upgrading from NetVault Backup 12.3.0.15 ONLY to NetVault Backup 12.3.0.16 or 12.4, please refer to Upgrading from NetVault Backup 12.3 for more information.
2. Before upgrading NetVault Backup to version 11.4.5 or later, you must upgrade the attached DR appliance to version 4.0.3 or later.If an external installation of RDA version 3.2 is present, either remove it or upgrade it to the RDA version 4.0.3041.0 or later.
