The ReACL process showed to be completed successfully no errors reported within the ADpro console, cutover was the same. However the profiles on the machine were never actually ReACLd.I pulled logs from the machine I’m seeing entries like this:

The only difference is that all these devices that have this issue are in a child domain. devices from the other child domain worked fine
The issue is that all the users from that child domain are not in the map.usr file even though they are the SQL person tableConfirm the TargetNetbiosName column in dbo.BT_Person is not NULL.
Set the correct value and the map.usr file should update with the proper source<>target mapping
The ReACL process should run correctly.
