How to do a manual uninstall of DirSync pro -
Description
You are unable to uninstall DirSync pro on the Dirsync server from the add/remove programs -
Resolution
To remove manually first delete the following folder
C:\Program Files\Binary Tree
You will then need to delete the following registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Binary Tree\DirSync
Please ensure you have taken a snapshot of the server before hand in case a roll back is required.
You can then delete the BTPass folder from any DC's you have used.
