2. Ensure the below options are unchecked:

    • Relink Objects

3. Ensure the below options are checked:

     • Match Object Types

4. Ensure the source MEU and target contact contain a populated Legacy Exchange DN value

5. Ensure the target OU is different from the OU containing the target contact

6. Ensure the source MAIL is populated within the targetaddress attribute of the target contact in the following format:

• SMTP:user1@contoso.com

7. Ensure DSP-Dirsync Pro did not create the target contact object.
