In the SLtrace file there is:
“Matching DA Client Files: Not Found”
“Agent not found!”

Cause
This could be caused by an old version of Desktop Authority that is unable to uninstall.
Check the version of the “ScriptLogic Desktop Authority: Computer Agent”.
If it is an older version try to remove it.
You may receive an error stating that the files are unreachable.
MSI files usually require the file that was used for installation to be present at uninstall. It is possible that the MSI file “DAClientInstall.msi” has been replaced with an updated version before a proper uninstall was completed.

Resolution
The specific MSI file for the currently installed version needs to be run, which will give you the option to remove. After the removal the newer version can be installed. Contact Technical Support if the old DAClientInstall.msi file is required.
