User has modified a column data type using Alter Table window. This table has many Foreign Key constraints. The generated script to modify the tables does not include all constraints and so there are missing Drop and Create statements for these constraints. Script has to modified before execution.
WORKAROUND:
Prior to modifying the table column, sort the columns by name in Alter Table window.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for SQL Server.
