Although all dates in the Database are correct, the dates of all files in the 'Revision Information' have a wrong value (e.g. 30.12.1899) which are shown via Toad's Team coding. Using 3rd Party Version Control CVS.
This problem seems to deal with the interpretation of the date-format in the 'Revision Information' in Toad with non-english date format environment setting in windows.
1. Select View | Toad Options menu option and select Team Coding from the left-side tree.
2. Select the 'VCS Provider Options' option.
3. Change the Separator of the Date format from '/' to '-'
4. Restart Toad.
