After upgrading from Toad for DB2 version 6.1 to 6.2 it is not possible to save changed settings - for example, it is not possible to use Apply if the new auto-replace editor template id added. The error is:
Error reference not set to an instance of an object
Warning: The resetting of User Files will cause deleting of all configuration changed made from the default state, including connections and passwords.
