1- Refresh the WMI classes:
This error message originates from Windows and it means that WMI on that host is not working correctly.
One can run the following on the monitored host:
2- Clear the Cache:
Stop the Spotlight Diagnostic Server service
- clear the cache folder:
C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\data\caches
- Start the spotlight Diagnostic Server service
- Test the connection again.
