During ODME Migration an error gets generated as follows:
"Mailbox does not exist"
This is usually caused by a non-Null value in the "msExchMailboxGuid" attribute of the mailbox account.
Verify that there is an active, licensed mailbox in the target Office 365 tenant.
Alternatively, if you are using Microsoft's Azure AD Connect (or another third-party synchronization solution) and are experiencing this error, then you may want to investigate the "msExchMailboxGuid" attribute value with your synchronization solution provider. Typically, for a mailbox to be created in Office 365, the "msExchMailboxGuid" value should be set to "NULL".
If you have any questions about the "msExchMailboxGuid" attribute value, how to set it to "NULL", or any of the potential side-effects of modifying this attribute, then we would suggest reaching out to your synchronization solution provider directly.
