A failed mount may have left behind a sub-directory named after the VM in the working directory.
The stale mount folder error will be generated if a previous mount/unmount failed to remove the mount folder for the VM from the working directory.
To remove this folder, and to cleanup from any previous (unrelated) failed attempts also, please follow the cleanup procedure outlined in section 6.2.1 "Manually Removing the Snapshot and Mount Folder" of the latest user guide.
