See procedure below:
1. Log onto O365 from a Browser.
2. Open the Admin app.
3. On the left hand navigation pane, click on Admin / Exchange to open the Exchange admin center.
4. On the dashboard, under "permissions" click on "admin roles".
5. Edit the admin role that corresponds with the "Notes Migrator Admins Role Group". That is the default name, but customers can change the name using Migrator for Notes to Exchange [MfNE] INI settings.
6. Remove the account from the Members list.
7. Click Save.
8. Once that is done, the MfNE database needs to be updated. That can be done by opening up the Manage Migration Admin Account Pool utility and clicking on "Synchronize".
