When attempting to run the Self Service Migrator (SSDM), you may see that the license has expired, and SSDM cannot continue. This is despite a full and valid license being present and the admin batch migrator component working perfectly.
There are two causes for this issue:
1. Directory Exporter needs to be run at least once before using SSDM. Additionally, valid addresstranslation files are needed.
2. An incorrect license was issued by Quest Licensing.
Try renaming the existing addresstranslation.bin and addresstranslation.tsv files, and run the directory exporter again. Then try to run SSDM.
Contact Quest Support should the above not resolve the issue. A new license key will need to be issued.
