When migrating a mailbox and in review of the event counts between the CSV and WLOG file. The event counts between the files are not the same as described:
- The Total Error in the WLOG is the Total Count of all the exceptions including Messages, Appointments and Contacts.
- The Error Count in the CSV is Total Count of Messages, Appointments and Contacts and doesn't count the errors raised by other means.
- The WLOG file is a combination of complete application flow (Configuration, Server Settings, etc) which include a count for; Error Threshold, Folder Errors, Critical Errors, Query Errors, Forwarding Errors and any general errors (mainly any error that could occur).
- CSV is generated to notify only the migrated data, it doesn't show case other related stuff. It provides the information for Messages, Appointment and Contacts Count information and Error Count of these three combinations.
Note: A comparison of the CSV error count with the WLOG count should be avoided as the CSV file is the user's error count and the WLOG captures all error (which includes; Error Threshold, Folder Errors, Critical Errors, Query Errors, Forwarding Errors and any general errors).
