When attempting to map a network drive using Desktop Authority an "Error Code 71" is generated in the sltrace.htm file of the user logging into the workstation.
Error Code 71 is generated when too many concurrent connections are created for a network drive when a user logs into the workstation.
In the Desktop Authority console navigate to Client Configuration | Profiles | select the appropriate profile and highlight the "General" object. Click "Add" to create a new element. Once the new element is created scroll down to the “Network" selection and check the “Disconnect all existing network drives before mapping new ones" option. After the setting has been checked Save the change and perform a Replication.
