Database menu | Optimize | Analyze All Objects | 'Schemas and Databases' Tab | 'Selected Schemas' radio button | checked one user | "Gather (All)" radio button | click the Green Play icon.
The “Send a detailed HTML report…” option in the “Email Notification” tab is selected.
After analyzing, the email received is empty. There is no report in it.
The “Send a detailed HTML report…” option in the “Email Notification” tab is for the Tables tab, Indexes tab, and Columns tab only (this info is mentioned in the “Email Notification” tab as well). It would not work for the "Schemas and Database" tab.
If you use the “Send a plain text summary” option, then you would get an email report similar to the below:
