Cannot stop the Foglight Agent Manager service: "Error: 1053..."
Beschreibung

After upgrade to Foglight 5.5.8 it is not possible to stop the Foglight Agent Manager (FglAM) anymore. The error below occurs:

"Could not stop the Foglight Agent Manager server on Local Computer. Error: 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."
Ursache

Foglight Agent Manager service has been renamed to Agent Manager service
Lösung

Please apply the latest Foglight Agent Manager 5.5.5.4.2 Patch.

If that does not solve the issue, remove the service manually and recreate them:

1) Remove the service, run: %FGLAM_HOME%\bin\fglam -r

2) Reinstall the service, run: %FGLAM_HOME%\bin\fglam -i
