soo5049 the following error occurred in <connection name > during connection:
ORA-12636: Packet send failed
The connection will be disconnected
Ursache

The anti virus software Panda is blocking the connection.
Lösung

Configure Panda to allow the connection or stop Panda will solve the issue.
