The zombie processes of the sp_copsrv.exe are observed even though sp_cnc / sp_ctrl process is disconnected.
It doesn't consume a lot of memory, however, in case customer dash-board application connects and disconnects often, finally the Windows system should be rebooted for cleaning up all the garbage memory.
SharePlex uses MKS Toolkit produced and maintained by MKS Inc. that provides a Unix-like environment for scripting, connectivity and porting Unix and Linux software to both 32- and 64-bit Microsoft Windows systems.
This is a MKS module issue, and it happens in 9.4 version of MKS.
Still 8.6 SharePlex uses the version.
Workaround:
System reboot.
Status:
MKS made a hotfix 36749 given on mks 9.6 patch 1. Only need to install 9.6 version of MKS.
It can be obtained from Development(ST110804).
