Pleas keep in mind that these are the minimum requirements for running Spotlight on Messaging. These do not include the minimum requirements for also running the Windows OS you have installed Spotlight on Messaging on as well as any other software you may have installed on the server such as virus scanners etc.
Minimum requirements should take into account all software installed on a server including the requirements of the server itself. The requiremnts of all software installed is cumulative. Please see your vendors documentation for Windows and any other software you have installed on the server to make sure you meet those requirements as well.
