Attempting to perform an FLR fails with Error: Mount Failed.
Further investigation revealed that the vRanger FLR service is not installed.
Previous failed upgrade
1. Uninstall vRanger using Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs, keeping the existing database
2. Download the full version of vRanger
3. Re-install vRanger, pointing it to the correct database
If the vRanger uninstall does not work (most likely due to the previous failed upgrade), perform the following manual uninstall steps: https://support.quest.com/SolutionDetail.aspx?id=SOL77151, then install using the full installer
