On a Terminal Server the Desktop Authority Agent is used for all sessions opened.
When several users logon the process may hang, especially if the TS has not been refreshed in a period of time.
1. Locate the C:\Desktop Authority folder, this folder contains the SLStart.exe application and other files used by the client.
2. Clear/delete all the contents of the folder.
3. Restart the Terminal Server
4. When logging in to the TS, the DA client will create a new SLStart.exe file and other files in the C:\Desktop Authority folder.
