A login failed message is received while trying to uninstall the Quest InTrust component. -
Ursache
The account that is being used to uninstall IT Security search doesn't have sufficient permissions to perform the uninstallation. -
Lösung
In order to uninstall IT Security search, please ensure the following for the service account you are using:The account must be a member of the Server's local group: IT Security Search AdministratorsThe account must be a member of the Server's local group: AdministratorsThe account must be a db_owner on the ITSS database that was created when you set up the InTrust OrganizationCheck the "Data Source" and "Initial Catalog" registry keys found in the following path:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Aelita\ADC\CfgConnection- Data Source is the object/server name of the SQL server hosting the "InTrust_Cfg_Db- Initial Catalog is the name of the "InTrust_Cfg_Db"
