What is the licensing procedure for CitraTest?
After CitraTest has been installed a popup window will appear that requests the customer to send a .dat file to support@tevron.
This file should be sent to license@quest.com
The email should contain the following information.
1) the attached .dat file
2) The customer name
3) The customer address
4) The customer's Site ID. (This can be found by the customer logging into https://support.quest.com after entering the login and password the site ID will display where the login was previously.
5) License@quest.com will reply to the customer with their new license keys.
