FMS log getting spammed with "User have no privileg for agent(AGENTNAME) so will not create data guard for it” (4226509)

FMS log file is being filled with messages similar to the following when monitoring more than one Oracle instance in the Global View database dashboard, monitoring one Data Guard group in Globalview, but not selecting all of the Oracle instances for a user in "User Level Access"

VERBOSE [http-exec-29] script.system:dbwc.297 - User have no privileg for agent(AGENTNAME) so will not create data guard for it
VERBOSE [http-exec-39] script.system:dbwc.297 - User have no privileg for agent(AGENTNAME) so will not create data guard for it

WORKAROUND

A hotfix has been created for this issue.

1. Upgrade the Oracle cartridge to 5.9.7.20
2. Download the hotfix attached to this KB article and follow the included steps to update the dbwc.297 function in the FMS console. The user must have the Cartridge Developer role to make changes to this component in the FMS console. 

STATUS

This issue has been logged as defect FOG-1308 and has been fixed in the 6.0.0.10 and higher releases of the Oracle cartridge.
