To enable debug logging for the CMN Mail Connector:
1. Stop the 'Coexistence Manager for Notes Mail Connector' service.
2. Open the Mail Connector folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Coexistence Manager for Notes\Mail Connector\
3. Rename log42net.config to log42net.config.normal.
4. Download the log42net.config file attached to this article and copy it to the same folder.
5. Delete/rename the current log file (..\Logs\CMN.log). 6. Start the 'Coexistence Manager for Notes Mail Connector' service.
7. Reproduce the issue you are experiencing.
8. Provide the following wlog files with the issue reproduced:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Coexistence Manager for Notes\Mail Connector\Logs\CMN.wlog
C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Coexistence Manager for Notes\Mail Connector\Logs\SMTP.wlog
Once troubleshooting has been completed, disable debug logging:
1. Rename log42net.config to log42net.config.debug.
2. Rename log42net.config.normal to log42net.config (no service restart is required).
