Activity By Document Report showing User Name as N/A-N/A
Description

After running an Activity by Document report the User Name column shows entries of N/A-N/A
Cause

The date range may be outside of the SharePoint retention period
Resolution

Open SharePoint Management Shell as administrator and run the following command to confirm the SharePoint retention period
Get-SPUsageDefinition -Identity "Page Requests"
Change the date range according to the retention period and run the report again
