Unable to see created user mappings in Content Matrix File Share Edition.
When user mappings created in xml user mappings file are uploaded into the File Share Edition tool, they do not appear in the user mappings windows along with the other users picked up automatically.
You must use the exact Claims format (if migrating to SharePoint Online) in the mappings file, as appears in the Active Directory.
Simply using the friendly name or UPN (e-mail address may not be sufficient.
