Description
When migrating to a SharePoint Online Modern Site from SharePoint on-prem 2013, some subsites do not retain their original Site Template.
In some cases, even remain as a Classic Site.
Generates the below error:

Cause
This is a known issue with SharePoint Online Modern Sites. -
Resolution
Use the Site Template matching option in the Site Options tab of the Content Matrix paste menu to map the subsite(s) manually and re-migrate.
