"MySite skipped by transformation" message -
Description
There is no error message when migrating MySites, but the log shows skipped items with the "MySite skipped by transformation" message such as below:

Cause
The migrating account has insufficient permissions on the source and target farm.

Resolution
Make sure the migrating account has the following permissions on both source and target farms:
- Farm administrator (if using the Local Connection on the target farm)
- Full Control permission on the WAP
- Full Control permission on the User Profile Service Application
Also, although WAP level works, it is best to connect to the farm level when migrating MySites.
