When connecting to SharePoint, the error message below is displayed:

Also, the nodes (e.g. site collection, site) may have a lock icon beside them and/or the Paste option is grayed out.

• Content Matrix Organizer or License Check needs to be installed on the target SharePoint environment for it to have a writable connection.
• License usage has exceeded the purchased license capacity for Content Matrix.
• If the issue occurs when connecting to Office 365 or SharePoint Online, the SharePoint Online feature may not be enabled for the Content Matrix license key.

• Install either Organizer or License Check on the target SharePoint environment. For instructions, you may refer to the Content Matrix Advanced Installation Guide.
• Make sure the purchased license capacity has not been exceeded. If it is, you may click here for instructions on how to resolve it.
• Contact your Account Manager or Quest sales representative and request for assistance with enabling the SharePoint Online feature for your Content Matrix license key.
