Getting error on Operation: Retrieving file content (4235410)

When migrating a document library from SP 2013 to SharePoint Online the logs shows operation "Retrieving file content" failed, with error:

Could not fetch the document version binary for version '1.0'. On target verion might be in the corrupt state.
